Refund Policy

At Pandora Games, we are committed to ensuring a fair and transparent process for all our competitions. However, it is important for players to be aware of our refund policy:

No Refunds for Completed Competitions: Once a competition has concluded, we are unable to offer refunds under any circumstances.

Refund Requests for Active Competitions: Refunds are considered for active competitions that have more than 24 hours remaining before the draw or if the competition has at least 25% of its total tickets still available.

Consequences of Charge Reversals: Any form of bank charge reversal will result in immediate account suspension.

Method of Refund: Refunds will be processed exclusively to the payment method used for the original transaction.

Automatic Refunds for Failed Competitions: In the rare event that a competition cannot proceed to a draw for any reason, participants will automatically receive a refund using the same payment method used for entry.
