By submitting such content, users grant Pandora Games Limited a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the content in connection with the Service and Pandora Games Limited’s (and its successors’ and affiliates’) business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Service (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels.

• Bypass any robot exclusion headers or other measures we take to restrict access to the Service or use any software, technology, or device to scrape, spider, or crawl the Service or harvest or manipulate data.

Severability

Sharing Competition Campaign

From Time to time, Pandora Games may run a campaign encouraging winners to share their wins on social media, either directly on our pages of via tagging our appropriate social accounts in the post. Full details and instructions will be given in the campaign, either on email, social post, website alerts or other, such as using a certain hashtag, saying a certain keyword or other. Instructions must be followed appropriately or risk being void.

Posts must remain active until at least the draw has taken place to count. Posts must be delivered on your primary social accounts and clearly display your full legal name (abbreviations are acceptable. i.e David – Dave) and not be posted on alternative accounts, accounts that do not belong to you, accounts used for spam purposes, accounts used for questionable/illegal activities, brand new accounts, fake accounts, etc.
Examples of questionable activities include but are not limited to:

Accounts which may be used for spamming
Promoting investments or cryptocurrency
Adult content, promoting drug use
Accounts posting abusive or offensive material

There may be other categories that fit into this description and Pandora Games reserves the right to decide if your profile fits this category at their discretion.

We reserve the right to void entries we suspect do not comply with this policy at our sole discretion.

Winners will be decided with a random number generator after assigning profiles to a list. Winners will be notified via direct message to their social profile.
